Edit House Productions provides decades of expertise in telling a company’s story or selling a company’s products or services through engaging video. From commercials and streaming video advertising, documentaries and web videos, we’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits, and governmental agencies. We film on location or in our 2000sf studio in Metro Albuquerque, using experienced staff and in-house gear.
Video for TV commercials or online ads usually begins at about $1,200 for a :30 video that includes stock images or footage, ASCAP and BMI licensed music, and graphics. A professional announcer or on-screen talent will increase that cost, as does on-location filming. When we produce a commercial, you own the rights to the finished work without residual costs. Edit House Productions offers a 150 sf studio space for podcasts as well as a 2000 sf studio for larger productions. Our podcast studio has acoustic foam for audio quality, quality microphones, lighting and camera options, and set options that will host up to 4 people. Audio or video production of podcasts is available. We can also produce using our infinity wall or chromakey green screen as the background.
Edit House Productions has multiple green screen or chroma key options, both in our studio or portable, up to 12′ tall and 40′ long. Our studio offers space accessible for vehicles, with the green screen large enough to film driving scenes. Bring your own equipment and crew or work with our experienced in-house team.
Edit House Productions has in-house 4K cameras and remote video production gear, as well as a crew of cinematographers, audio specialists, lighting techs, producers, and directors. Filming available in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and across New Mexico. Since 2000, we’ve filmed and produced commercials, documentaries, and web videos. If you’re part of local, state or federal government, Edit House Productions is a top video production company with experience working across New Mexico. We offer remote filming in offices, on location, or in classified areas, or in our on-site 2000sf studio. We are a licensed vendor with the State of New Mexico and many city and county government organizations as well as a qualified NM Film vendor. From shorter videos of 5-10 minutes or longer, our in-house team of writers, cinematographers, lighting and audio technicians, directors, and producers make it easy and cost efficient.
Although Edit House Productions prefers traditionally produced material, we do offer AI video, audio, and graphic production. AI video production can also enhance a scene or be used for :15 or :30 videos for online streaming video ads or for TV commercials. AI-powered video creation and AI-assisted post-production are available.
Programmatic advertising is the buying and placement of digital and video streaming ads. Ads can target specific audiences in select geographies in real time instead of negotiating placements manually. Ads can be display or graphic ads, video streaming ads, or digital ads inserted into outdoor digital billboards, out-of-home locations, and audio streaming platforms. Ads are purchased on a cost per thousand (CPM) basis. We average $5 CPM, or about half a penny per targeted display ad.
We’ve seen very successful campaigns using video to engage on the Meta platform, reaching users of Facebook and Instagram. Your company data of previous leads and sales, your “first party data”, can be utilized to build lookalike lists to help us maximize Meta results. We also use third party data, available in our partnership with The Trade Desk, as well as Meta’s user data. Our sister company, Ad House Advertising optimizes Meta ad campaigns with great success, including remarketing on Meta to users who just visited your website.
The volume of TV commercials in the local stations’ airtime + bonus packages don’t always provide the value that an advertiser needs. The bonused airtime is what would otherwise be unsold– which means that other advertisers didn’t want to buy those time slots–mostly in overnights or daytime programming. The branding packages are usually $2,500-$4,000 per month with a 6 to 12-month commitment. The cost of video production is included in the package but if you wanted to run that commercial on another station, you’d have to buy it from the one that made it.
